Technique ImpactOh wow. Geeze, where do I begin? There isn't really anything wrong with this picture at all! It's simply adorable!
Hm. Your colouring is quite great, yet I notice that there isn't really much shading, yet it really depends on where the light source is coming from.
All I really suggest is that you keep on practicing. Maybe with a bit more with the background. It fades off into one single colour all too quickly. Prehaps you could have thrown in some darker colours into the top corners. And also adding some shading would be good too.
Yet, other than that, This is a very lovely peice. Keep up the good work! ^^
